The Holidays, the Election, and then the Fires resulted in it being a challenging New Year. Our deepest sympathies and our support goes out to our community during these terribly trying times.

House Theater loves L.A. We grew to understand that more deeply by the loss so many endured in our city, and the outpouring of our generous community.

Take a deep breath and let the healing begin.

Why should you support this?

We at House Theater want to share Abby Normal's story. The realities of living with Epilepsy, the least understood or researched of all brain disorders in this country.

Now Abby is ready to be put up in a full stage production. With cast and crew, director, and an actual venue for 6 weeks. Costumes, Marketing, Stage Manager, Lights, Sound, and a Fabulous Set.

Launching a theater production is... well, it is pricey.

Please join us and be the first to help build the scaffolding that is needed financially to produce this necessary Musical.

READ MORE ABOUT ABBY…

House Theater will use our voices and stories to speak for those who cannot.

We will provide a platform to raise awareness for members of society who have been historically marginalized: women of all colors and races, the LGBT community, and particularly those with disabilities. Whether young, old, impoverished, disenfranchised or invisible, their stories matter.

At House Theater we will fight to find them, write them and share them.  It is our promise to offer a safe haven where all are welcome to witness, contemplate, question and delve into affairs of the heart.

We will present original works that will grapple with issues of society and themes that not only entertain, but resonate with the audience to bring hope, change and acceptance in a world that often does not.
